ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Member Engagement team in Sydney.
Reporting to the Account Management Lead NSW, you will manage a portfolio of employer and strategic accounts, developing engagement plans that strengthen relationships, create value for members and deliver commercial outcomes. You will identify new opportunities, grow existing partnerships and work closely with stakeholders across CA ANZ to ensure an exceptional employer and member experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account, portfolio and territory plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Identify, develop and close business development opportunities.
- Manage sales pipelines and contribute to revenue and growth targets.
- Represent CA ANZ at events, conferences and member engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and positive member outcomes.
- Gather customer insights and market feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Manage account risks and support the resolution of member and stakeholder issues.
ABOUT YOU
You are a relationship-focused and commercially minded professional who thrives on building connections, influencing stakeholders and creating meaningful outcomes.
You will bring:
- Experience in account management, business development, relationship management or a similar client-facing role.
- A proven ability to manage strategic accounts and deliver commercial outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building capability and customer focus.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Experience within professional services, accounting, finance or membership-based organisations will be highly regarded.
