Respond to and follow up on buyer and investor enquiries across multiple channels
Support senior consultants with client presentations, project information, price lists and floorplans
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and internal systems, including database management, follow-ups and reporting
Assist with preparing sales documentation, brochures, project information and marketing materials
Help coordinate project launches, open days, client appointments and property presentations
Liaise with developers and internal teams to ensure project information remains accurate and up to date
Source and engage potential clients through social media, referrals, database follow-ups and other sales channels
Assist with marketing activities, including property filming, content preparation and social media support
Learn the end-to-end off-the-plan sales process, with a clear pathway to progress into a standalone Sales Consultant role
Work towards sales targets while delivering professional, responsive and exceptional customer service

Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, administration, or marketing is preferred but not essential. Candidates with strong communication skills, sales techniques, willingness to learn, and interest in the property industry are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Agent’s Representative Certificate is preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
A valid Australian driver’s licence is preferred.
