THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motived Beauty Consultant with a passion for cosmetics, skincare and fragrance to join Sisley Paris team at Lotte Duty Free Melbourne Airport part-time.
In this role, you will embody the Sisley brand values, deliver immersive luxury experience, and inspire clients through exceptional service and expertise. Working in a supportive and fast-paced environment, your ability to communicate with a diverse customer base will ensure successful achievement of sales goals.
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
- Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
- Provide a high level of customer service, product knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- Promote benefits of products to generate sales and achieve set KPI’s
- Maximize sales opportunities and demonstrate customer excellence
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience within beauty retail.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immaculate personal presentation.

- Location: Melbourne International Airport
- Part-time or Casual Position
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays
