Supps247 is a leading health, wellness, and sports nutrition retailer committed to providing premium products and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our South Yarra store.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and confidently recommend suitable products.
- Achieve sales targets through excellent selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Operate the POS system and process cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
- Receive, unpack, and replenish stock.
- Maintain excellent store presentation and cleanliness.
- Assist with stock control and inventory management.
- Support opening and closing store procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

- Previous experience in retail sales is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of engaging customers and increasing sales.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
