B2J Care is currently seeking an experienced Support Worker to provide household assistance and domestic cleaning support for an NDIS participant located in Penrith.
This role is focused on supporting the participant to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment while promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
The successful candidate will be compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Previous experience providing domestic assistance and working with NDIS participants is highly regarded.
Shifts Available:
- 1 shift per week (ongoing)
- Shift days and times are flexible and will be confirmed with the successful candidate
- Opportunity for additional shifts as services expand
Pay Rates
SCHADS Award - Casual
- Base hourly rate: $38.80 - $41 depending on experience
Support Worker Requirements:
- MUST HAVE experience across disability supports and domestic assistance
- MUST HAVE a reliable personal vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
Your Certificates and Licences
- First Aid and CPR (Current)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)
- Working with Children Check (Current)
- Australian Driver's License
- NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You
