Inmotion Reformer Pilates is opening a brand-new boutique studio in Lane Cove this October, and we're looking for passionate, energetic and caring Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our opening team.
Our new studio will offer both Reformer Pilates and Reformer with Tower, creating an exciting opportunity for instructors who want to develop their skills, be supported by a great team and grow with a boutique Pilates brand.
At Inmotion, we're about more than simply running classes.
We want to create a studio where our instructors know their clients, enjoy coming to work and feel supported to continually develop as teachers.
Whether you're an experienced instructor or earlier in your teaching career with the right attitude and passion for Pilates, we'd love to hear from you.

About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a recognised Reformer Pilates qualification
- Is passionate about Pilates, movement and helping people
- Brings positive energy and personality to their classes
- Can confidently work with clients of different ages and fitness levels
- Makes beginners feel comfortable and supported
- Values good technique, form and quality instruction
- Is reliable, professional and a great communicator
- Enjoys being part of a close and supportive team
- Is open to feedback, mentoring and continued development
Reformer with Tower experience is highly regarded, although we'd also love to hear from great Reformer instructors who are interested in developing their Tower skills.
Availability
We are currently building our Lane Cove timetable and have opportunities across weekday mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends.
