To be successful in this position, you will require:
Communication excellence; the Ability to effectively communicate within a multidisciplinary team, across multiple stakeholders, and with clients and their families.
Theoretical understanding of psychological assessment and diagnosis of individuals of varying ages. Administration of Cognitive, learning and neurodevelopmental assessments is preferred but not essential.
Experience providing therapy to individuals with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties is preferred but not essential.
The Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions and assessment approaches for individuals living with disabilities is preferred but not essential.
Excellent reportwriting skills, and proven accountability to meet report deadlines.
Experience providing therapy to individuals with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties and individuals living with disabilities.
Flexibility to work Face to face, via telehealth or videohealth.
Capacity to work from home, if required.
Demonstrated experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting to provide assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic services.
The Ability to apply to AHPRA for provisional registration.
Police check and Working with Children check.
Appropriate Level of insurance.
Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Pertussis (Whooping Cough), Hepatitis B and COVID 19.
Driver Licence or public transport proficiency.
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.
