The Team & Role
The Community Care Allied Health Team Leader is a key leadership role within Bayside Health's Community Care Program, Health Independence stream. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical and operational leadership to support the delivery of high-quality care coordination and allied health services for clients with chronic and complex healthcare needs. This role combines people leadership, workforce development, clinical governance and service improvement, ensuring evidence-based, client-centred care while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Skills & Experience Required
Allied Health Practitioner with current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or relevant professional organisation (if Social Work).
Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive person centred assessments and determine the most appropriate intervention within professional scope of practice.
Demonstrated leadership experience in working both independently and as a part of a multi- disciplinary team, with the ability to work effectively, supportively and flexibly.
Demonstrated experience in providing clinical supervision.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and effectively prioritise.
