Machine Operator – Magnets.com.au (Tullamarine)
Magnets.com.au is a Tullamarine-based promotional products company looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. You'll be operating production machinery and helping us deliver quality finished products on time.
This role is flexible — we can offer casual part-time or full-time hours depending on what suits you.
What you'll be doing:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Loading and unloading materials, checking finished output for quality
- Basic machine setup, troubleshooting, and routine cleaning/maintenance
- Working safely and efficiently to meet production deadlines
- Keeping the work area organised and tidy
What we're looking for:
- Previous machine operating experience (any industry — manufacturing, printing, packaging, etc.)
- A background in printing would be a strong advantage
- A current forklift license would also be highly regarded
- Good attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small team
- Comfortable with some physical work (standing, lifting materials)
- Willingness to learn our specific equipment — full training provided
