Do you have a knack for staying organised, working with your hands, and crafting delicious meals? Ready to take your hospitality skills to the next level with a locally owned and operated café? Stellarossa Mango Hill is on the hunt for passionate, fun-loving and experienced Kitchen Team Members — chefs, cooks and kitchen hands — to join our dynamic team. You'll work across varied roles that keep you learning and growing throughout the business, earning an attractive hourly rate under the Restaurant Industry Award (Casual) + super, with opportunities for incentives. Weekend availability is required.
At Stellarossa, our mission is to deliver the complete guest experience at every one of our locally owned and operated cafés — premium service, perfect coffee, and delicious meals made fresh in-house using local produce.
About Stellarossa
Stellarossa Coffee began in Brisbane in 2009 and has since grown across Queensland to include kiosks, cafés and drive-thru cafés. Every café is locally owned and operated, meaning our franchise owners are personally invested in every cup and every plate that leaves the kitchen. At our stores, you'll find unique menus featuring Stellarossa's core dishes alongside local favourites.
About the Role
Working in the kitchen at Stellarossa Mango Hill, you'll be busy preparing fresh, delicious meals for dine-in and takeaway. You'll be involved in every part of the process — prep, frying, grilling, plating, cleaning, organising, and making sure all the right checks and balances are in place. Our menu changes every six months, with plenty of room to bring your own flair through daily and weekly blackboard specials and cabinet goodies. We also regularly cater for events, so there's real variety in what you'll be cooking. This is a casual role with plenty of hours on offer, across both weekdays and weekends.
