We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor – Electrical Contracting to oversee the successful delivery of commercial and industrial electrical projects. As a Project Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating site activities, leading teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and site resources.
- Monitor project quality, productivity, and safety performance.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project specifications, Australian standards, and deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain compliance requirements.
- Liaise professionally with project managers, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Support project delivery through effective planning, communication, and problem-solving.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Electrical Trade Qualification.
- Current Electrical Licence.
- Previous experience supervising electrical projects and site teams.
- Strong knowledge of Australian electrical standards and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
