Bartender / Barista
We are looking for a confident and experienced Bartender / Barista to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in both bartending and coffee making and be comfortable working independently during quieter periods as well as staying organised and confident during busy service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages
- Making quality coffees consistently and efficiently
- Managing the bar confidently during both calm and high-volume periods
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Keeping the bar and coffee station clean, organised and well stocked
- Working efficiently as part of a fast-paced hospitality team
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bartending and barista experience
- Confident cocktail and drink-making skills
- Strong coffee-making skills
- Ability to remain calm, organised and efficient during busy service
- Reliable, professional and able to work well within a team
- Strong attention to quality and presentation
Remuneration will reflect the successful candidate’s level of experience and demonstrated skill set.
