In this role, you'll be a key part of how we operate day to day guiding your team, keeping work on track, and making sure everyone gets home safely. You'll bring your trade expertise to a team that genuinely values what you do.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and mentoring a team of Technicians and Apprentices
- Driving productivity and keeping day-to-day shift activities running smoothly
- Repairing and overhauling hydraulic cylinders
- Cleaning, preparing, assembling and testing components
- Contributing to toolbox talks and keeping the team connected and informed
About You
You're a hands-on leader who knows the trade inside out and takes pride in bringing the best out of your team.
- Relevant Mechanical Trade qualification (essential)
- Experience in a Leading Hand or supervisory role
- Solid understanding of hydraulic cylinder clearances and tolerances
- Familiar with the re-manufacture process fitting, machining and welding
