The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Process Efficiency (Continuous Improvement) Analyst to join our Brisbane team on a full time, permanent basis.
As Process Efficiency Analyst for Service Central team, you will support the delivery our improvement initiatives, workshops and CI events. The role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills through delivery of tangible improvements to business service processes, whilst helping embed a strong CI culture in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project delivery and execution, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and leading workshops to drive process improvement initiatives. The role will be responsible for running process workshops and problem-solving sessions to improve existing processes and to identify service needs. As a Subject Matter Expert on process analysis and documentation, you will have the opportunity to lead, coach and train operational teams, in the use of process design and improvement tools and techniques.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
- Proven ability to lead projects, run process mapping and problem-solving workshops, and develop capability models.
- Certified Lean Sigma Green Belt or Lean Practitioner preferred; If not certified then a strong CI mindset and delivery background (2-4 years) is required.
- Expert knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodology.
- Proficiency across the MS Office Suite, in particular Visio or similar mapping tools, and JIRA.
- Ability to build trust, manage expectations, and influence senior-level stakeholders in a complex business environment.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and use initiative whilst delivering outputs at pace.
- Strong team-working skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams to embrace and deliver sustained process improvement.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
