What we are looking for
No experience, no problems. We provide all the training necessary for you to kick start your new role with OOSHMAN. A few non negotiables:
- You must be a team player and have an appetite for learning.
- You must be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
- Must have a Valid Australian Drivers Licence (P plates Welcome)
- Own vehicle preferred
- Evening/weekend availability preferred
Food Delivery Driving: Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers, ensuring timely arrival while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies. Either a company scooter will be available, or your own vehicle scooter to be used.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service during deliveries, addressing any customer questions or concerns to enhance their experience.
Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions during deliveries, including processing payments and providing change when necessary, while maintaining accuracy and security.
Back of House Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the back-of-house area, ensuring that food preparation spaces and equipment are kept in compliance with health and safety standards.
Assisting with Food Preparation: Support the kitchen staff during peak hours by assisting with food preparation tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely service.
