At Spanian’s Kebabs, we’re building more than just great kebab shops — we’re building a brand that brings authentic German-style kebabs, fast-paced hospitality, and a strong community culture together. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven Multi-Site Store Leader to lead and support four franchise locations.
Internal title will be Area Manager.
Your Impact
You will be responsible for driving performance across four franchise operated locations, ensuring operational standards are maintained, teams are developed, and stores achieve their financial and customer service objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach and support the head cooks for each store.
- Train, develop and retain high-performing team members.
- Identify future leaders and implement succession planning initiatives.
- Foster a positive, accountable and high-performance culture across all locations.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure all stores consistently execute operational standards, systems and procedures.
- Drive labour efficiency, productivity and cost control across the portfolio.
- Support new store openings, operational projects and business initiatives.
- Ensure stores are consistently clean, safe and customer-ready.
Customer Experience
- Champion exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain high food quality, presentation and food safety standards.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently executed across all locations.
- Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities.
Financial Performance
- Drive sales growth and profitability across all stores.
- Analyse financial results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage labour, food cost and controllable expenses within the budget provided by Finance.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements and workplace health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular store audits and follow up on corrective actions.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing multiple hospitality, quick service restaurant (QSR) or retail locations.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop the teams.
- Proven commercial acumen with experience managing labour, food costs and profitability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to spend time in stores supporting teams.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in franchised environments is highly regarded.
- A valid driver's licence and the flexibility to travel between locations.
