We take our inspiration from all over Asia – from Indonesia to Japan, and everywhere in between. Customers love seeing these dishes being cooked to order before their eyes by our trained chefs. The Role
- Providing strong leadership to all team members with ongoing recruiting, training, coaching and support
- Successfully managing the operational performance of the store
- Consistently producing quality product and delivering excellent customer service
- Taking responsibility for ensuring food safety and WHS guidelines are adhered to
- Drive sales and profitability
