About the Role
We are seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver to join a busy food distribution warehouse based in Prestons.
This is an ongoing opportunity for a confident forklift operator with strong joystick-controlled high reach experience. You will be working across refrigerated and cold storage areas, completing putaways, replenishment, truck loading and general warehouse duties.
The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate joystick-controlled high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Complete putaways and stock replenishment within warehouse racking
- Load and unload trucks
- Pick, stage and prepare orders for dispatch
- Move stock throughout refrigerated and cold storage areas
- Maintain accurate stock placement and warehouse organisation
- Complete general warehouse duties when required
- Follow all workplace health and safety and food safety procedures
About You
To be considered, you will have:
- A current LF forklift licence
- Strong high reach forklift experience
- Experience operating joystick-controlled forklifts
- Previous cold storage, food distribution or FMCG warehouse experience
- Confidence working within refrigerated environments
- Good attention to detail and stock accuracy
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Reliable transport to Prestons for early morning or afternoon shifts
- A dependable, punctual and safety-focused attitude
