The role:
You will be required to fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with the Queensland Public Service values.
Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
Support and coordinate the delivery of specialised projects and small work packages involving ICT, ensuring solutions delivered are responsive to customer needs and sustainable in an enterprise environment.
Deliver, monitor and report on work package activities against agreed criteria.
Monitor resources and expenditures within the agreed work package budgets against the project forecasts.
Support risk and issue identification, assessment and mitigation activities by ensuring risks and issues are documented, reviewed and escalated as appropriate.
Maintain program/project files in accordance with Queensland Health regulations and policies.
Assist CTS Program Delivery Managers and Project Managers with the compilation of project management reports and other general administrative tasks.

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
Experience supporting complex project planning, reporting at program and project level, managing budgets, program governance, procurement, vendor and contract management. You will have attention to detail and be structured and methodical in your approach.
Proven ability to develop and manage one or more defined communication channels or stakeholder groups and facilitate the business change decision-making processes and the planning and implementation of change.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2) and provide advice using appropriate project management techniques within a complex project environment.
Proven effective negotiation, consultation, facilitation and exceptional written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment.
