Multiple Civil Construction Roles – Rockhampton
CMTL Group is seeking experienced civil construction professionals to join our team for an upcoming project in Rockhampton, QLD, with the potential for ongoing opportunities as additional works are secured.
This is a local position. Applicants must currently reside in the Rockhampton region.
No FIFO, DIDO or accommodation is provided.
We Are Currently Recruiting:
- 2 x Multi-Skilled Roller Operators (Must be competent operating both Padfoot and Smooth Drum rollers)
- Civil Project Manager
- Civil Site Engineer
Roller Operators
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience operating both Padfoot and Smooth Drum rollers.
- Civil construction and earthworks experience.
- Current White Card.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
Civil Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of civil construction projects.
- Manage project programs, budgets and client relationships.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience managing civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial, planning and leadership skills.
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card.
Civil Site Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of civil construction works.
- Coordinate site activities and subcontractors.
- Prepare and manage project documentation.
- Monitor quality, safety and project progress.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Previous experience on civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of earthworks, roads and drainage.
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card.

Pay: $45.00 – $110.00 per hour
Education:
- Certificate I - IV (Preferred)
Experience:
- Civil engineering: 5 years (Preferred)
- Project management: 5 years (Preferred)
- Pad Foot Roller: 1 year (Preferred)
- Smooth Drum Roller: 1 year (Preferred)
