Store Manager — Pacho's Burger Truck
Part-time | Thursday–Sunday, 5pm–9pm
Pacho's Burger Truck is growing! As demand for our burgers keeps climbing, our team has grown with it — and we're looking for a Store Manager to support us on this journey.
About the role
You'll lead our trade nights and keep the truck running smoothly. Your responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting the team during service
- Stock and inventory management
- Rostering
- Handling ad hoc tasks as they come up — picking up stock, printing menus, and solving the odd last-minute problem (a reliable car is a must)
About you
- Prior management experience
- Hospitality experience
- Available Thursday to Sunday, 5pm–9pm (our trading hours)
- Own car and valid driver's licence
- Thrives in an energetic, fast-paced environment
