Position: Retail Sales Assistant
Location: Melbourne Aiport Terminal 1 (Qantas).

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our new pop-up Melbourne Airport store. As a face of Paire, you’ll play a key role in delivering a warm, welcoming experience for every customer, while supporting day-to-day store operations and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create genuine connections with every shopper.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with in-store sales, product restocking, and merchandising.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support inventory management and stock handling.
- Stay informed on product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
- Work collaboratively with the team and follow direction from Supervisors and the Store Manager.
- Be available to work weekends and public holidays.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
- A friendly, approachable attitude and love for helping people.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- Strong commitment to the brand.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and holiday periods.
- Passion for creating memorable in-store experiences and contributing to a positive team culture.
