Graduate Accountant / Accountant (Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available)

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Accountant or an experienced Accountant to join our team. We have opportunities available on both a full-time and part-time basis.

About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of accounting and taxation services, including:
- Preparing financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships and sole traders.
- Preparing individual, company, trust and partnership income tax returns.
- Preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS) and IAS.
- Processing accounting records and maintaining client files.
- Liaising directly with clients and responding to enquiries.
- Working with cloud-based accounting software including Xero.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Bachelor of Accounting (or is nearing completion) or relevant public practice accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional and positive attitude.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to manage their own workflow with minimal supervision (for experienced applicants).
- Experience using Xero and Microsoft Office (preferred).
