Demand in Queensland is growing fast, and we are building a local installation team from the ground up.
The Opportunity
We are looking for at least two motivated installers to join us at the start of our Queensland expansion. This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity: as our QLD project pipeline grows, so will your role, your rates, and your responsibility within the team.
You will be responsible for smart film installations on qualified QLD projects and will work closely and collaboratively with our QLD State Manager, who will handle project coordination, client communication, and scheduling.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing smart film on glass surfaces in premium residential and commercial settings
- Surface preparation, precision film application, silicone, and quality finishing
- Basic cable routing and tidy presentation of wiring for later electrical connection (a licensed electrician handles all electrical connections)
- Maintaining a professional standard on high-end client sites
- Working with the QLD State Manager on scheduling, site requirements, and handover
Who We're Looking For
Experience is desirable but attitude is essential. Full training will be provided, along with ongoing technical support from our team and the manufacturer.
Ideally you have:
- Trade or hands-on experience, ideally in high-end residential or commercial projects
- Background in window tinting, glass, glazing, windows and doors, signage, or similar precision film/surface work (highly regarded but not required)
- Skillful hands, attention to detail, and pride in clean, precise work
Just as importantly, you are:
- Humble, willing to learn, and open to feedback
- A genuine team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable and professional in front of clients
- Excited by a big opportunity and ready to grow with the company
Even without prior industry experience, a good attitude and skillful hands will take you a long way here.
Requirements
- Current ABN (subcontractor engagement)
- White Card (desirable – not compulsory)
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Own basic hand tools (specialist tools and materials supplied)
