Alepat Taylor is a family owned company located in Preston. Operating since 1978, we specialise in the distribution and production of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
We are currently searching for an energetic and enthusiastic Commercial Cleaner ( 6 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday ) to join our team.
We are looking for a reliable individual who will demonstrate strong communication skills, a hands on attitude, as well as a friendly and professional manner.
The successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, ability to work independently and unsupervised, a motivated attitude and good physical fitness as this is a physical role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to,
- vacuuming, dusting, mopping and sweeping all common areas including office space, bathrooms, public areas, kitchens, show rooms and warehouse
- cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, showers and toilets
- keeping records/document all cleaning checklists and high touch areas
- maintain all modern kitchen needs
- emptying common space rubbish bins
- related jobs to improve convenience, well-being and presentation to clients and staff
- stock take and maintain supplies of all cleaning products
Skills and Experience:
- commercial cleaning experience necessary with a high attention to detail
- a sound knowledge of cleaning products and chemicals, and experience in cleaning techniques
- good communication skills
- a passion for cleanliness and order and delivering exceptional service
- honest, trust worthy and the ability to work unsupervised
- the ability to make decisions, work efficiently and prioritise tasks
- well-presented, motivated and reliable - must be punctual
- must have own transport
- full Australian working rights
