We’re hiring a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Lorna Jane Hervey Bay. Internally, we call this role Active Stylist because it’s about more than making sales — it’s about delivering genuine customer service, expert styling, and helping every customer feel confident and empowered.

What you’ll do
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor
- Provide styling advice and product recommendations across our Activewear collections
- Support store sales and contribute to achieving KPIs and sales targets
- Build genuine connections with customers to create a positive in-store experience
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards
- Support stock replenishment and general store operations
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a high-energy, customer-first environment
What we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or another face-to-face customer role
- A passion for fashion, activewear, fitness, or wellness
- Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- A team-first mindset and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability across weekends and peak trade periods
Experience in fashion retail, sportswear, activewear, or lifestyle retail is highly regarded, but not essential. If you bring the right energy, customer focus, and motivation, we’d love to meet you.
