Kustomize It is looking for a reliable and motivated Production & Operations Specialist to join our small team.
The role is hands-on and varied, with a strong focus on embroidery production, customer orders and general day-to-day operations.
Embroidery experience is highly regarded but not essential, as full training will be provided.
What you’ll be doing
- Operate and manage commercial embroidery equipment.
- Prepare garments, artwork and embroidery files for production.
- Manage and prioritise customer orders and production schedules.
- Perform quality checks and troubleshoot basic production issues.
- Communicate with customers regarding artwork and order requirements.
- Assist with quoting, order processing and general customer service.
- Maintain an organised production area and assist with other operational tasks as required.
About you
- Reliable, organised and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working with your hands and learning machinery.
- Able to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using computers and learning new systems.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
Experience in embroidery, printing, signage, apparel or production is an advantage, but not required.
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who is willing to learn, take ownership of their work and become a dependable part of the Kustomize It team.
International students are welcome. 24hrs/week or more if need be.
Pay: $33.00 per hour
