The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective purchasing and procurement support for Central Pharmacy, ensuring the timely supply of clinical goods and services to Queensland Health facilities.
What you'll do
In this role you will process purchasing transactions, manage inventory and invoice reconciliation, support contract management activities, liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve enquiries, monitor back orders and procurement activities, maintain accurate purchasing records, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial delegations and organisational procedures.

Has experience in administration, purchasing or procurement support
Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Can manage competing priorities and work independently
Has strong communication and customer service skills
Is proficient in computer systems and data entry
