Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll play an important part in shaping how families discover, experience and connect with our brand. From performance marketing and digital campaigns through to content, website optimisation, brand growth and market insights, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact across the full marketing journey.
You’ll work closely with our leadership, operations and external creative and media partners to develop and execute marketing strategies that not only drive growth, but reflect who we are and what we stand for.
- Lead end-to-end execution and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, and programmatic channels, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend
- Plan, develop and implement integrated marketing and advertising strategies across digital and offline channels to support customer acquisition, revenue growth, and business objectives
- Contribute to ongoing execution of brand campaigns to increase brand awareness and market penetration, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and growth objectives
- Lead and manage relationships with external creative and media partners to develop campaign concepts, messaging, and assets aligned with brand positioning and target audience strategy
- Coordinate campaign delivery across multiple channels, ensuring execution within defined timelines and budget constraints
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, including brand awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future campaign effectiveness
- Lead website optimisation initiatives, including user experience improvements, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and landing page testing to enhance digital performance and maximise customer acquisition
- Manage and coordinate website migration projects, ensuring continuity of SEO performance, traffic stability, and lead generation while improving site functionality and structure
- Analyse digital marketing data and customer behaviour using analytics platforms to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement A/B testing methodologies across campaigns and website elements to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness
- Drive operational effectiveness initiatives by aligning marketing activities with sales and operational capacity, improving lead management processes and conversion efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and risk teams to ensure marketing strategies support business objectives, including customer quality and risk management requirements
- Contribute group’s product and process improvements, ensuring sustainable marketing growth
- Conduct market research and analyse market trends, customer segments, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels to maximise return on investment and cost efficiency
- Create, schedule, and optimise digital content across websites and social media platforms to support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Maintain regular reporting on marketing performance, including sales funnel metrics, lead quality, forecasting, and profitability, providing insights to support business planning and strategy
Pay: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
