We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join our hostel on a full-time basis, working across Front Desk, Bar and Housekeeping.
What we're looking for:
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Passion for customer service
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and engage with guests
- Strong attention to detail, especially when checking rooms and common areas
- Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Bar experience is highly desirable
- Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or housekeeping preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Your responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Provide exceptional customer service and local recommendations
- Ensure rooms and common areas meet our quality standards
- Report maintenance issues and follow up when required
- Support hostel operations and contribute to a great guest experience
