Lasseters Casino is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming Workers (Dealers) to join our Table Games team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service while conducting casino games such as roulette and card-based games, or you work in the electronic gaming area, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance at all times.
About the Role
Operate (table) games professionally and accurately
Announce outcomes, manage bets, and calculate payouts
Maintain visibility and clarity of all gaming transactions
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, procedures, and internal controls
Work collaboratively with Gaming Supervisors, Inspectors and Surveillance
What We’re Looking For

Professional presentation and reliability
