About the role
Carina Leagues Club Limited is seeking experienced chefs and cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious meals for our club members and guests.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking a diverse range of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Assisting with menu planning and development
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
- Providing guidance and mentoring to junior members of the kitchen staff
What we're looking for
- Formal culinary qualification or relevant industry experience
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
- Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards
