Terex Jaques is a market leader in crushing, screening, and washing solutions across the quarrying, mining, and recycling industries. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager - Eastern Region to join our team based in Wetherill Park, NSW.
This is a high-profile role responsible for driving new equipment sales, growing aftermarket revenue, and developing strong customer partnerships across the Eastern Region. You'll work closely with customers to understand their operations, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that help improve their productivity and profitability.
About the Role
As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing relationships with existing customers. You will represent Terex Jaques' industry-leading crushing, screening, and washing product portfolio while supporting customers with aftermarket parts, service, and maintenance solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new machine sales and achieve regional revenue targets.

Identify and grow aftermarket parts and service opportunities.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships across quarrying, mining, recycling, and construction sectors.

Prepare quotations, tenders, and technical proposals to secure new business.

Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to expand market presence.

Conduct site visits and assist customers with equipment selection and technical solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reporting.

Support trade shows, exhibitions, and customer promotional events.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
What You'll Bring
-
Minimum 5 years' experience in capital equipment, mining, quarrying, construction, or heavy industry sales.

Proven success in business development and achieving sales targets.

Strong understanding of crushing, screening, mineral processing, or related heavy equipment applications.

Demonstrated ability to develop and manage key customer relationships.

Experience preparing tenders, quotations, contracts, budgets, and sales forecasts.

Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems is highly regarded.

Degree qualification in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.

Willingness to travel throughout the region as required.
