We’re looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team delivering high-quality Physiotherapy services within the Support at Home Program across metropolitan Adelaide. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, flexibility, meaningful client relationships, and community-based practice — supporting older Australians to remain mobile, independent, and safe within their own homes. This is an Adelaide Metropolitan Based Position on a Full Time Basis.

You will work with older adults across a broad range of:

Mobility aid recommendations
While you will work independently within the community, you will remain closely connected to a supportive multidisciplinary team through regular office-based catch-ups, collaboration, and team support.
Your Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions

Develop person-centred, goal-focused treatment plans

Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services within community settings

Support mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

Provide falls prevention and pain management strategies
-
Prescribe mobility aids and exercise programs

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting

Collaborate with families, carers, and healthcare professionals

You are a Physiotherapist who:

Essential Requirements
-
Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy
-
Current AHPRA registration
-
Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience preferred
-
Current SA driver’s licence
-
National Police Clearance
-
Current First Aid & CPR certification
-
Annual influenza vaccination
