Your new role
We have an opportunity for an individual to join our Corporate Services team as a Divisional Coordinator on a full-time, ongoing basis. Reporting to the Executive Director – Corporate Services, the role provides high level executive and coordination support within a complex and confidential environment. It takes a lead role in the coordination of IBAC's Gender Equality Action Plan and Reconciliation Action Plan, and contributes to other projects, activities and initiatives as required.
Duties include:
- Plan, organise and coordinate the Executive Director – Corporate Services' activities and responsibilities to ensure business objectives are achieved to a high standard and within required timeframes.
- Take a lead role in the coordination of Corporate Services divisional projects and priorities including IBAC's Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP) and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the Corporate Services Division and its functions, and priorities to allow for informed and effective coordination support.
- Undertake research to support priorities, initiatives or projects across Corporate Services.

- Experience in report writing and proven verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work with precision and accuracy.
Eligibility
Citizenship – to be eligible for employment with IBAC, applicants must be an Australian citizen.
