The Opportunity
We're partnering with a high-growth SaaS business at an inflection point; their product is scaling fast and their GTM function needs to grow even faster. As an embedded contract recruiter, you'll own end-to-end hiring across Sales, and Account Management, and play a genuine role in shaping the team that takes this business to its next stage.
This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to find great GTM talent, and can hit the ground running in Workday from day one. This is a fully remote role.
What you'll do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across GTM functions
- Partner with senior GTM leaders to understand hiring needs, define role profiles, and build targeted sourcing strategies
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, market mapping, and your own network
- Manage all requisitions, pipelines, and candidate data within Workday
- Drive a quality candidate experience from first touch to offer stage
- Report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and funnel metrics to stakeholders
What you'll bring
- Proven experience recruiting GTM roles in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment — you know what good looks like across Sales, and Account Management
- Hands-on Workday experience is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset and the confidence to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
- Available to start immediately or with minimal notice
