Monadelphous are currently seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to join our Engineering & Construction E&I division, working on our new Wind farm Construction project in the Pilbara, WA. It's a new technology platform, first of its kind to be built in Australia, starting with a 17-turbine pilot and potential for the project to scale significantly.
This is a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, with all return flights from any Australian major capital city paid.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HSE advice and expertise to manage HSE issues and to improve HSE performance, culture and management.
- Conduct and support HSE audits, inspections, investigations, and training/awareness.
- Coach and mentor a small team of HSE Advisors.
- Monitor work practices to ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures and standards.
- Ensure all HSE processes and activities; JHA’s, permits etc. comply with relevant HSE legislation and company standards.
- Provide hands on support to implement HSE improvements, plans or solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of contemporary HSE practices to recommend and implement effective HSE solutions.
- Conduct routine and ad-hoc analysis and investigations on HSE performance data to identify performance trends and areas of concern/risk at a Project and or Site level. Propose and follow-up on recommendations for action.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 6+ years experience in a site-based HSE role, ideally working for similar construction contractors on multi-disciplinary scopes of work.
- Minimum Certificate IV qualification in OHS/WHS, equivalent or above.
- Exposure to high risk works, including but not limited to cranes, rigging, rope access, heavy lift, or electrical works.
- Full Australian working rights and a valid drivers' licence.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and industry standards.
- Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
