Lawn & Garden Maintenance Specialist
We’re looking for someone Fresh, ready to grow, takes pride in what they do, enjoys working outdoors, and loves leaving a garden clean, sharp and tidy. You’ll be helping us maintain residential and commercial properties to a high standard, keeping them healthy, sharp and well presented. There’s also opportunity to be involved in our social media content and take part in filming lawn care videos for our online platforms.

Responsibilities may include:
- General lawn mowing, whipper-snipping & edging
- Leaf + green waste clean-ups using mowers and blowers
- Weed removal — hand pulling & chemical treatment when required
- Hedge trimming, shaping & light pruning
- Small tree and branch cuts (chainsaw experience valued but not essential)
- Mulching, planting, top-soil and turf repairs when required
- Fertilising + lawn health care services
- Gutter clearing and property tidy-ups
- Care and basic upkeep of equipment — report faults to management
- Basic soft Landscaping
- Working to a daily route/schedule with job details provided
- Pay Rate: $27-$37 per hour (experience dependent)
- Employment Type: Casual / Contract – with potential for ongoing work or full-time development based on performance
Requirements:
- Current Drivers Licence (Manual preferred)
- Ability to work independently & follow instructions
- Police clearance or willingness to obtain
- Working With Children Check
- Must be well presented
- Must have own means of transport
