ION Cafe is looking to add a Junior Cafe Assistant to our small team.
We have available a position for up to 2 shifts on Saturday and Sunday between 7.30am and 1.30pm.
We need someone outgoing and confident with customers. If you’re reserved or prefer to keep to yourself, this role isn’t for you.
The role includes the following:
- Take customer orders including upselling
- Take food and beverages to tables
- Learning and understanding the menu
- Clear, clean and reset tables
- Making cold drinks
- Washing dishes and glassware
- Answering phone calls (Bookings, orders and answering general enquiries)
- Restocking
- Cleaning
- Other tasks as directed
