Karrinyup, you’re getting The Memo! This August, we are opening our seventh retail store, and first in Perth, and we are looking for an energetic Store Manager to join our community!

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our upcoming Karrinyup team. This is an opportunity for someone who loves retail, enjoys developing people and takes pride in creating exceptional customer experiences while driving strong commercial outcomes.
About The Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves retail, thrives in a fast-paced environment and believes exceptional customer experience is in the details.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a passionate team through coaching, mentoring and ongoing support
- Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture where people feel valued and motivated to succeed
- Recruit, train and onboard team members to ensure consistent delivery of The Memo experience
- Drive sales performance through effective leadership, team engagement and customer-focused service
- Create a seamless, supportive and memorable in-store experience for every customer
- Lead by example as a brand ambassador, bringing The Memo values and customer-first approach to life every day
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations including stock management, visual merchandising and compliance

About You:
You’re an experienced Store Manager who pairs genuine care with strong customer instinct. You take pride in running an efficient and welcoming store, and know how to get the best out of a team.
You:
- Have proven experience in a Store Manager or similar retail leadership role
- Are a natural leader who inspires, motivates and develops high-performing teams
- Lead by example and foster a positive and supportive team culture
- Communicate clearly and confidently, building strong relationships with team members and customers alike
- Are customer-focused and committed to delivering exceptional service experiences
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and remain calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure
- Take ownership of store performance and are driven to achieve sales and operational goals
- Bring experience in visual merchandising, stock management and retail operations
