Your Role:
Design and deliver highly individualised learning programs aligned with each student's personalised learning goals.
Create a safe, predictable and engaging classroom environment that supports communication, emotional regulation, independence and wellbeing.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support student achievement and well-being
Maintain accurate student records and support individual learning plan
