Are you seeking a new position in the precast industry? We have multiple positions available in Mordialloc! We are looking for general precast labourers, Crane operators (CO,CN,C6), and experienced team leaders to lead a team of 7-12 labourers!
Available positions:
Labourers:
- $39/hr base rate
- Precast mold prepping, pouring, cement vibration machine operating, post pour care and finishing.
- Forklift and overhead crane operation.
- General labouring duties and yard hand duties.
Crane Operators:
- Rate negotiable between $40 and $50/hr Skill based.
- Looking for labourers capable and licensed to operate mobile cranes
- Using various mobile cranes and telehandlers to move stock, load and unload trucks.
- General labouring duties such as mold prep, pouring, machine operating, post pour care and yard duties.
Team leader:
- Labourer starting rate $39/hr, will be increased upon transitioning to team leader, rate will be negotiable.
- Starting as a labourer to learn the business and its operations then will move to team leader
- Leading a group of 7-12 labourers in the stock pits department manufacturing precast stock pits
- Handling paperwork and order documents / truck scheduling
- General yard duties and staff assistance
