As a Work Execution Officer at Wilmar Sugar & Renewables, you will be responsible for overseeing parts inventory, managing operational data, ensuring compliance with work management processes, and supporting the development and coordination of maintenance schedules.

This is a permanent position that works on a day work roster.
Your Role in Action
- SAP Superuser in Action: Hands on experience with using maintenance systems (SAP) to input data, track progress and ensure every job is recorded and reviewed with precision
- Permit Pro & Work Order Guru: Ensuring all work orders and associated permits are accurately completed in line with safety protocols and compliance standards
- Parts and Material Manager: Coordinate parts and materials to support the efficient execution of maintenance activities
Your Winning Combination
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of people. You will have strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to accurately manage maintenance information and documentation. A sound understanding of workplace safety systems, policies and procedures, together with a commitment to applying them in day-to-day activities, is essential.
While the following qualifications are requirements for this role, training will be considered for applicants who demonstrate the right aptitude and team fit:
