Lead Our Coffee Revolution!
Are you a specialty coffee pro with a passion for perfection and leadership? We're launching a brand-new cafe and donut destination and need experienced Barista’s to build and lead our espresso dream team!
Your Role:
- Spearhead our coffee program in a stunning, brand-new store.
- Craft exceptional specialty coffees and cold brews using top tier La Marzocco machine & Wally, Izaga, and EK Grinder equipment.
- Inspire your team to deliver an outstanding coffee experience with every single cup.
- Be a key player in our vibrant new venue, ready to jump in with frappes and donut service when needed.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 12 months experience as a specialty coffee barista.
- A genuine passion for coffee and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
- Leadership qualities and the desire to mentor a team.
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude.
- Availability for 30+ hours per week.
