Overview
We are looking for a Claims Assistant to support our Workers' Compensation Dispute Resolution Team.
This role may interest you if you are studying and/or qualified in Insurance, Administration, Business, Allied Heath, Psychology, Social Work (or similar disciplines). Alternatively, if you are looking to re-enter the workforce this too may be good opportunity.
You don’t have to have insurance, claims or corporate work experience, but a passion for learning, dedication to service and a motivated disposition.

How you'll make an impact

Assist with completing documentation tasks for the Conciliation Department, including reports, applications, and other administrative tasks, to ensure conciliation processes are completed efficiently.

Utilise WorkSafe and Gallagher Bassett systems and programs for record keeping, file notes, and contacts

Assist in ensuring documentation can be released to relevant parties, including redacting and creating documents using Adobe.

Manage and triage team inboxes.

Ensure compliance with strict timeframes as required by WorkSafe.

Work collaboratively within the team to ensure emails are actioned and required documentation is completed to support the broader team.
