We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic
Entry Level Caseworker to join our Integrated Domestic Family Violence team on the Central Coast. This permanent full-time position will be based in Tuggerah and involves meeting clients in the office but also travel to support clients in their homes and communities across the Central Coast. While you will receive relevant training and hands-on experience, preference will be given to candidates with background in trauma-informed, client-centered support to individuals and families facing complex challenges, particularly DV.
This is a perfect opportunity if you are looking to hone in on your skills and gain further experience in Casework – this role will provide you with training while gaining experience from within the Team.
What You’ll Need:
- Diploma or Degree qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, Psychology, Social Sciences (or related field)
- Some relevant casework experience or a strong willingness to learn
- Background in mental health, DFV, homelessness, or family preservation
- Strong advocacy and stakeholder engagement skills
- NSW Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle
