Administrator / Reception
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator / Receptionist with experience in Tax Accounting to support the day-to-day operations of our accounting business. This role combines administrative support with bookkeeping responsibilities, ensuring efficient office management and customer support.
Key Responsibilities Administration
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
- Knowledge of MYOB Accountants Enterprise
- Knowledge of ASIC – Company Set Up, Changes to Company details, Company Renewals etc
- Knowledge of ATOMate (not essential can be trained)
- Lodging Tax Returns.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and company documentation.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as required.
- Support management with general office administration duties.
- Process accounts receivable.
- Follow up outstanding payments.
- Reconciliation of Company Credit Card.
- Reconciliation of Company Trust Account.
Pay: $49,900.00 – $82,503.33 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chatswood NSW
