We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Capgemini Invent Public Sector team based in Brisbane, Queensland. You will support the delivery of strategic advisory and transformation engagements for government clients, contributing to the successful delivery of complex programs across digital, technology, operating model and service improvement initiatives. You will bring strong consulting, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, a developing specialisation in Public Sector, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Delivering high-quality consulting and transformation outcomes across Public Sector engagements.
- Analysing client challenges and developing practical recommendations across strategy, technology, operating model and service improvement initiatives.
- Building trusted relationships with government stakeholders and contributing to successful delivery.
- Supporting business development, client account management and broader practice development opportunities as they arise.
- Contributing to knowledge sharing, mentoring, reusable assets and the ongoing growth of the Public Sector practice.
