What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse in our Neurology Ward, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care that supports patients through complex neurological conditions. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, timely and effective care.
Deliver comprehensive patient care aligned with individual needs and goals
Respond to changes in patient condition and provide safe clinical interventions
Mentor, support and supervise ENs, AINs and students in practice
Coordinate appropriate referrals and discharge planning for seamless care continuity
Advocate for patients and families while managing resources effectively

Selection Criteria
Demonstrated recent nursing experience relevant to the position and commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice
Demonstrated application of evidence based practice and critical thinking to patient care
Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means,; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
Experience of RN: 2 years and above
