Are you a hospitality professional who genuinely loves people, five-star coffee and outstanding customer service?
Saltie Dog Coffee & Crepes is looking for several experienced Senior Hospitality Professionals / Baristas to join our team at Coledale.
We are not simply looking for someone who can make a great coffee.
We are looking for people who understand hospitality — people who enjoy talking to customers, remember regulars, can read and control a busy room, support the people around them and understand that outstanding service is what turns a first-time customer into a regular.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a high-quality hospitality environment
- Strong professional barista and coffee-making skills
- A proven background in high-level customer service
- Confidence communicating and building rapport with customers of all ages
- The ability to remain calm, organised and welcoming during busy periods
- A genuine willingness to train, learn and continually improve
- Reliability, maturity and a strong work ethic
- Availability to work between 20 and 38 hours per week
Previous supervisory or management experience would be a significant advantage.
